I’ve had these Moleskine notebooks half finished for a few months now. They need something…I’m just not sure what yet.
My love for brown kraft is bordering on obsessive. But who can blame me? It compliments almost any colour & has that beautiful, tactile texture, almost like wood. It’s old school, low-tech & utilitarian. It takes ink really well. And it smells good.

They are very cool, I understand what you are saying about needing something…but what? There is a space that you have left in the center of each one. Intentional?
I want to scribble in them all.
They look lovely.
=^.^=
Yaay I discovered your blog via the etsy forum thread. These books are gorgeous. Could you print soem text on them?
Hi Nora! Yes I did leave a space there for that extra “something” without really knowing what it would be.
Thanks Katie! I’m resisting the urge to scribble in them too!
Gillian…I hadn’t thought of text…I was thinking of printing something on them but haven’t designed anything in particular yet.
Thanks for the encouragement…I’m glad you all like them! :)
*cough* gocco.. ;D
That’s preeeyytty much my vote too.
Now we’re talking! Gocco is a great idea! :)
I really did not know that someone else has a kraft addiction! And TORN kraft paper at that! Oh the joy! (Suggest you see profile on my Etsy Card Shop to understand how tickled I am).
I love – LOVE – your books and I’m off to heart them and you.
This is a lovely blog and I’m so glad I discovered it on the Blog Love Forum this morning.
